Employment Ad Syndication

Employment Ad Syndication services or "job posting portals" are tools to enable a recruiter to post a job once and have that job automatically distributed to many job boards.  Employment ad syndicators are companies that allow recruiters to enter job descriptions into a proprietary system such as a web form.  

Employment Ad Syndicators then take job descriptions and distribute them to multiple job boards.  The process is electronic and automated and the employment ad syndicator's business model is to primarily derive revenue from providing employment recruiters a time-saving distribution service.
