Accounts, reposts and refunds. Anything else, write to [email protected].
Do I have to give Post Once my passwords?
No. Each social account connects through its own official sign-in, so Post Once never sees your password. You can disconnect an account at any time. Here is how to disconnect an account.
Do I have to change how I post?
No. Keep posting on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X as usual. Post Once picks up each new post there and reposts it, with its caption, to the accounts you choose on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, X and LinkedIn. Here is how cross posting works.
What happens if a repost fails?
A repost that fails is tried again automatically, up to 5 times over about half an hour. If it still fails, the dashboard shows which account missed it and why, Post Once emails you (you can switch that email off), and Retry sends it again to just the accounts it missed. More on what to do when a post is not reposted.
Does Post Once add a watermark?
No. Post Once does not add a watermark on any plan, the free one included.
Is Post Once a scheduler?
No. You do not write, upload or schedule posts in Post Once. A scheduling app like Buffer, Later or Hootsuite publishes your post to every account through its API, your main account included. With Post Once you post on your main account yourself, in its own app, and only the reposts go out through Post Once.
How does the free plan work?
You get 10 reposts and 10 backups with every feature switched on. No card, no watermark and no delay. They do not reset each month, so take your time and watch it work on your own posts before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
Your first payment on any paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. After that we do not refund partial periods, unless the law where you live requires it.
